Got a project that needs help? We have a network of strong people that can help drive the results you need.

Types of projects we’ve worked on:

Our client wanted to adopt agile, but needed clarity on where to start...

A client was modernizing how they manage IT project delivery across the organization.  Firmly rooted in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) PmBoK, they needed to introduce more Agile methodologies and reimagine the static document repository where all IT project managers go for guidance.  They didn't know where to start.

Using Scaled Agile (SAFe) as the foundation, we assembled a small team of specialists focused on assessing their existing framework from the User Interface through to the delivery methodology. We delivered a re-imagined user design for the delivery of all the IT projects and mapped their current methodology to extend into Scaled Agile.

RESULTS DELIVERED: The client had a roadmap to adopt agile, at their pace and to deliver transformation with a modern user interface.

Our client wanted an Infrastructure PMO to bring together engineers and program management

A client had a large scale infrastructure modernization program that affected all of its vendors and clients. Multiple workstreams were running and progress was slow. Plans weren’t as robust as team leaders hoped and velocity suffered as a result.

RESULTS DELIVERED: We assessed the program and provided a set of recommendations for program governance, processes optimization and team velocity. The client then asked us to come in and help carry the project across the finish line.

Why is my IT project not going well?

A client contacted us when their major enterprise transformation was behind schedule. The organization was divided, schedules were recast and budgets kept rising. They had no idea what do they do next?

We assessed the project from every angle: governance, structure, budgets, technical architecture and delivery. We found that the project had a number of breakpoints including: lack of organizational trust, managing a product without a structure that helped the organization focus on the organization’s value chain, no clear understanding of the technical architecture to produce the desired outcome and a skills gap in technical execution.

RESULTS DELIVERED: We created an overall delivery roadmap, established a new cadence and toolset to support product thinking, recreated an integrated team structure, conducted technical architecture recommendations and began defining processes to help facilitate change as the organization was transforming from old to new enterprise systems.
